Overview
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be exactly what you expected. No worries! We gladly accept returns for up to 130 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back to us unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that this policy applies to products returned due to a change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards/vouchers unless they are faulty. These are not eligible for a cash refund. For items purchased during a sale or using a discount code, the refund amount will correspond to the discounted price.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.
Allergic Reaction
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please stop using the product immediately and take a photo of the reaction. You can return these items provided they are less than 30% used upon receipt by us. Allure by Epic will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.
Returns Process
