Shipping Fees and Timelines

We offer the following delivery options within Australia:

• Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $40, and free for orders of $40 or more.
• Express shipping: $10 for eligible orders under $60, and free for eligible orders of $60 or more.

Express delivery generally takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Dangerous Goods

Products classified as dangerous goods, including flammable items, can only travel by standard shipping. Orders containing these products are not eligible for express delivery.

Dispatch and Tracking

We aim to process and dispatch orders within one business day, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost or has passed its estimated delivery date, please contact us on 07 3910 2997 or through our contact form.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4pm AEST. We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue.
